Dec 06 Curry Club - Tezza, Rushden

As a curry club we feel it is bestowed upon us to try out any new Indian restaurant that opens up. So when Tezza opened in Rushden we were quick to make a booking. Bill, Tony, Jim M, Jim K, David, Keith, Ian, Alan B, Alan P Colin and Colin met up at the former Wagon and Horses pub to sample what this new establishment had to offer.

The quality of food was excellent and the quantities very good. So good in fact that led by Keith, Ian and Colin indulged in pudding! Yes pudding a rare order, unless part of a buffet of course.

Now how can I address this next subject delicately, well as delicately as the medical condition in question that Colin was suffering with anyway. Colin had brought his own cushion with him to make himself more comfortable. Funny thing though he started describing to us just how uncomfortable it was to ride his bike. Now as a former racing cyclist and someone who has done more miles on a bike in a week then the average local does in his car, I can tell you that saddle sores and pains in the rear are common. But, to ride a bike after a major operation down there, is not a sensible thing to do.
